Guests will be charged a prepayment of 100% of the total reservation price to confirm their booking.
Reservations cancelled 21 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund (after deducting payment gateway fees) of the amount paid at the time of booking.
Reservations cancelled within 21 days of the check-in date are not eligible for any refunds.
